   Lennox International Completes Acquisition of Kysor/WarrenDALLAS, January 14, 2011 – Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII), a global leader in the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration markets, today announced it has completed its purchase of the Kysor/Warren business from The Manitowoc Company, Inc. The acquisition was announced on December 15, 2010.
Based in Columbus, Georgia, Kysor/Warren is a leading manufacturer of refrigerated systems and display cases for supermarkets throughout North America.
